On November 12th, we held a “Beef and Reef Relief” Concert to help Heifer International and the Gulf.  Students at my school were able to raise money to buy a few cows for Heifer.

On the reef side, One Starts Money raised a total of $1145.

I wanted to send this money to two important places in the Gulf.  $560 is going to KINDD (Kids in Need During Disaster to help purchase 14 new uniform sweatshirts for kids in a fishing town heavily hit by the oil disaster).  They are still trying to raise money for several hundred kids, so please donate by visiting www.kindd.org.
